What we collect
When you request a quote, we ask for your name, phone number and/or email address, your property address or neighbourhood, the service you’re interested in, your preferred contact method and any message you choose to include.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare your quote and arrange and provide any service you book with us. We don’t sell your personal information.
How it is sent and stored
Quote requests are delivered to Ocean Windows through a third-party form-processing service. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
